This is one of our premium bedrooms with a view overlooking the village stream and a comfortable and cosy four-poster bed. All our rooms have television and video player/recorder, but this room also has a DAB digital radio and a decanter of sherry - all that you expect from a relaxing break in a country guesthouse.

Quantock Room - £80.00 (£80.00)
A bright and airy room with a king-size bed, sumptuous bed-linen and leather armchairs giving a feel of relaxed comfort. It also has a flat-screen television (with Freeview and DVD player) and a fantastic view of the Village of Nether Stowey - Oh, and there's some sherry as well.

Poets Room - £70.00 (£50.00)
Samuel Taylor Coleridge lived for three years just around the corner in Lime Street and wrote some of his most famous poems whilst living in the village. To continue with the Coleridge connection this beautiful double room has a wall covered with poems written by guests - all of whom are invited to contribute - so bring a quill! This room is also dog friendly (£3.00 per night)

Orchard Room - £65.00 (£50.00)
We have kept one room at £60 to allow those on a budget to stay with us. The room is situated on the ground floor with a mobility accessible bathroom. The room is dog friendly (£3 per night) and ideal for walkers and moun tain bikers. Please note that this room has no direct sunlight and looks onto a courtyard - however, in the winter it is our warmest room and coolest in the summer.

Stowey Room - £70.00 (£50.00) Double or Twin
Nether Stowey has a long history and the photographs in this room depict the village over the last 100 years or so. This twin room looks out over the garden and cottages where in former days cider was made.
This room has zip and link beds - 2 X 3' singles or 6' (super-king)

Lounge
Our large and comfortable lounge is perfect for relaxing and winding down after a day's sightseeing or walking in the beautiful Quantock Hills. Decorated in keeping with the house's former Edwardian glory, the deep 'art gallery' red walls and open log fire make the room cosy at nights and ideal for reading, struggling with the crossword or playing a board game.

Dining Room
This room has an art nouveau feel. At breakfast time the sun lights up the room giving a welcoming fresh airy feeling. In the evenings the room takes on an intimate bistro atmosphere with candles and soft lighting.
