This is our premium bedroom with a sumptuous four-poster bed. All our rooms have television and video player/recorder, but this room also has a DAB digital radio, filter coffee facilities, a decanter of sherry - all that you expect from a luxury break in a country guesthouse.

Quantock Room - £70.00 (£45.00)

In the Spring and Summer the Hills above the Old Cider House are ablaze with heather sage and bracken. This room is decorated with the colours of the 'tops' in mind. Photos taken by Ian adorn the walls in this very spacious and airy room which catches the morning sunlight.

Poets Room - £65.00 (£45.00)

Samuel Taylor Coleridge lived for three years just around the corner in Lime Street and wrote some of his most famous poems whilst living in the village. To continue with the Coleridge connection this beautiful double room has paintings of the famous romantic poets on the walls. With poetry books, quills and a hookah in the room you too can live the experience.

Orchard Room - £60.00 (£45.00)

Apples from local orchards were originally used to make cider on the site of the Old Cider House. This room is named with this in mind. Apple greens cover the wall to give the room a fresh and uplifting feel. The room is situated on the ground floor with a mobility accessible bathroom. This is also our dog friendly room.

Stowey Room - £60.00 (£45.00)

Nether Stowey has a long history and the photographs in this room depict the village over the last 100 years or so. This room looks out over the garden and cottages where in former days cider was made.
